Hayley currently serves as a vice principal with the Syracuse City School District. This role allows for open communication, community engagement, financial decision making, promoting stakeholder involvement and much more.
She lives in the village of Liverpool with her Husband and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys theater, running marathons, crafts, and friends.
The last two years as your current Ward 1 Councilor has been impactful for Hayley and Ward 1, but she knows there is still much more work to be done.
In her next term, Hayley plans to focus on:
1. Community Engagement: She will continue to work to ensure that the voices of all residents in Ward 1 are heard by holding regular Ward 1 meetings, publishing newletters, and improving communication between residents and the Town Board.
2. Economic Development: Hayley will continue to support initiatives that promote local businesses, attract new investments, adn create job opportunities for residents. A vibrant economy benefits everyone in the community!
3. Sustainability and Green Initiatives: As we look toward the future with the Town of Salina's comprehensive plan, Hayley will continue to work towards making Salina a more sustainable community, prioritizing environmental stewardship, and considering green energy solutions.
4. Transparency and Accountability: Hayley believes in being transparent. When re-elected, she will continue to work to ensure that residents are informed and that town decisions are made with integrity and accountability.
