Leesa was born and raised in Salina and has lived in Ward 2 for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Liverpool High School and Syracuse University School of Social Work.
Leesa is also the Founder and CEO of Cope with Stroke, an organization that connects people with services to help individuals and families manage after a stroke. She was the volunteer of the year for Temple Concord and past president of the National Council of Jewish Women. She currently teaches at OCM BOCES and serves at the Town of Salina Ward 2 Councilor. Most recently, Leesa is proud to have secured funding with Pam Hunter for a grant to repair the Wemsfelder (Electronics) Park pool.
Leesa lives with her loving husband Doug and the wonder dog, Rosie.

Leesa says that she has learned so much and enjoyed serving her community. She has since met with residents and helped them with over 100 town-related issues!
Leesa Paul and Jana Rogers worked together with Knitty Gritty Yarns (Old Liverpool Rd, Salina) to collect blankets to donate to CNY Hospice. CNY Hospice gives each client a blanket to keep and have their families cherish.
